Mentoring Week
Shape the Future
Give a little, get a lot in return. Help the next generation of designers explore the industry. Host a pair of Interior Design students in your office for one day of job-shadowing. Take them for a tour of a design center, a design firm, or share a cup of coffee as you engage them about your experiences. It’s easy, and rewarding. You’ll be surprised how much you learn about this generation in return.
