Megan Farrell is the 2007-2008 Student Chapter President of IIDA at VCU. In the previous year, Megan served as a member of IIDA. She is working hard to brainstorm new and effective ways to gain participation and interest in IIDA at VCU. Megan is an organized and creative leader who believes in team work and having fun.

Joshua Ford is the president elect, and is a rising junior who transfered to VCU with an associate's degree from Dabney S. Lancaster Community College where he held several different officer positions on their SGA. Currently you might see him working at the University Student Commons as a Student Manager, but he hopes to one day run his own firm in the Richmond area. Josh is excited about working with CAD more in the coming semesters and about his plans to get an internship for the spring.

Stephanie Meyer is Vice President of Communications. She is a senior and is excited to get into the real world. Right now she is focusing on finishing school with a bang and she can't wait to dig into some activities for IIDA. Being an intern at an Allsteel contract furniture dealership has given Stephanie an insight into the world of interior design, not to mention many contacts to help with
future IIDA events.

Kristina DiFazio is a junior and our PR Director. She is 'reppin' the Dirty Jersey, and came to Richmond in hopes to be a graphic designer. She then discovered Interior Design and has no regrets. Her goal is to make it in NYC as a designer and make lots and lots of money to aid her destructive shopping habits because her parents told her they were going to cut her off soon. If she doesn't make it, she'll probably be in an alley in RVA begging for change out side of the West Grace/Harrison 711. Just to add a little humor.

Jennifer Summers is a junior and is our treasurer. She looks forward to taking care of the finances. She is enjoys hanging with her fellow students and she wants to help incorporate more "green design" into VCU's curriculum.

Kara Ramey is the chapter's secretary. Kara's light-hearted personality and strong organizational skills hope to bring a comfortable, easy, and fun environment to the organization and its members. Kara would like to help IIDA become a unifying factor for VCU's Interior Design Department. Kara currently holds an internship at HL Reed Design in Richmond, Virginia. (Kara also loves rainbows and puppies).

Stephanie Popielarz serves as the Event Coordinator for IIDA at VCU, dealing with logistics for each IIDA event. Stephanie's attention to detail will bring a positive reputation to the organization along with her humor, passion and enthusiasm will create a fun environment for everyone. She looks forward to becoming more involved in the department and encouraging other students to become more involved and connected. Stephanie held a summer internship at Little Diversified Arc.
