2009 VA/WV IIDA Chapter Annual Dinner
What a night we had! If you couldn’t make it, you missed out on a great new venue at Kingsmill with great food and libations, lots of friends and colleagues. In addition to the chapter awards, we introduced an event called Product Runway. Several teams and individuals competed for top honors creating one-of-a-kind fashions using the products we use to create built environments. Everything from mosaic tile, fabric, carpet and even paper were used to create these beautiful entries. Several manufacturer’s representative “dressed” mannequins with their latest offerings as well to add to the ambiance. The creativity was abounding! We’re looking forward to 2010 and even more healthy competition as teams and individuals create their masterpieces. Special thanks to everyone who put in time and energy into making the night a success!
